Payment
Our policy is payment on day of service by cash,
credit card or cheque. We do not issue accounts.
Health Insurance
Our wellness coaches are registered with many
health funds; please check with your health fund
or our reception staff if you have any queries.
Missed or changed
appointments
The schedule of care required for you to achieve
your wellness potential is carefully planned and
it is important that you attend on the day that
your appointment has been requested by your
wellness coach. If an emergency occurs and
you are unable to keep the appointment please
give the Centre as much notice as possible
and re-schedule as soon as possible (i.e. within
24hrs if possible.) Charges do apply to missed
appointments.
Motor vehicle injuries/
Workers Compensation
All patients who are injured at work or as an
innocent party in a motor vehicle accident are
entitled to chiropractic care without referral,
i.e. you do not require a general practitioner’s
referral to receive care whilst your case is still
open.
Veterans Affairs
A general practitioner’s referral is required prior
to your initial consultation.
